CAFE CONDIMENTS & SPICE RACK
This "Filipino Creation" - the "Panceteria et Cafe" was derived from the eateries of Manila, the Philippines where anything goes along with the predominant Filipino noodles that we are so proud of (e. g. the "sotanghon", the "pancet" or the "beehon") and the soup stands or kitchens that serve anything from Filipino-Chinese pastries and desserts delites to snack on in the early evening or the hot, lazy afternoons for meriendas.
Undoubtedly we are selling our special info packages ("for your information or FYI only") to you the general public to promote our unique "make" of a product in tossed instant noodles with condiments and spices (including 'veg and meat') delites direct from your own herb garden, grocery or spice rack assembly or ensemble complete with crockery of cast iron pans suitable for stove top heating of biscuits, pastries (e. g. try fruit-filled varieties) and special pancakes as desserts and pastries.
The make: note that the instant wheat noodles (glutinous) or else try the gluten-free leguminous grains including whole grains and root crops that are parboiled delicately in cast iron frying pan (#1) then tossed lightly in canola oil while spices are cooked lightly by toasting in oil in cast iron pan (#2) and condiments including veggies and meat and just as importantly herbs, juice, sauces and peppers or chilli flakes are dressed on top and then served combined with each other to serve 4 - 6 snackers.
Once your are catching on, the combinations in our creation are numerous encompassing and mimicking cuisines around the world from Japanese, to Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Indian, Mexican, Italian - not to mention Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian and Thai.
The creations are all made to be extra special for your snacking delite - at your truly own Chez Panceteria et Cafe in your "humble dwelling", but one day might arise also at you local "soup kitchen", school cafeteria, food cart or stand or local mall kiosk or food court. So look out folk we might soon arrive in your municipality or city!
Condiment ideas are "endless" taking into account the full spectrum available to your kitchen spice rack, deli-meat shoppe and vegetable crisper. See ff. a listing of the possibilities in ingredients available to our gourmet consumers alike!
Let's mention first a bright idea from our foodie author: a meat-based or dairy-based mousse is conceived useful for food applications to: soups, sauces, pates and even pizza (for extra piping). We have conceived of brand names like: Chilli & Lime Condiment or Sauce (R), Beef Creme Mousse (R), Chicken Creme Mousse (R), Seafood (crab) Creme Mousse (R) and Dairy Cream Mousse (R). Our focus here is on: dressings for whole grain pasta, noodles (bean, rice and wheat) including packaged instant and homemade using your dough mixer with attachment by Kitchen Aid (R). What are the ingredients, you ask? We are conceiving this, as we speak: meat hydrolyzates (beef, chicken) as peptides and amino acids and protein itself including crab meat, extenders used with Hoisin Sauce, nucleotides (e. g. Oyster Sauce), and Knorr (R) brand protein hydrolyzated-based pastes for ingredients.
