My background takes me to my earlier interest in nutrition and was not in food but for animals related to livestock and which eventually took me to biotechnology which opened up my interests further into healthy eating and food-making & its technology. I find a particular chemistry in the elements of food, its formulation and its quality that makes it a worthwhile endeavor in the art of cookery.

Sending an invite to all foodies and their foodiepreneurs to submit ideas and comments on all foods they come across on their journey down the road.

 

Also, we invite all airline chefs related to that genre of cuisine for their invaluable input into planning, food preparation, food presentation and in cabin service on board the airliners they serve.
