The HI-Protein Diet and Weight Loss

Take your grocery list and any high-protein food items like: unsalted peanuts, sardines or tuna packed in H2O, porc-n-beans, black beans to make a paste with milk, garlic, salt and pepper and white goat's cheese (melted), canned lentils or peas prepared to taste and with various soups (canned) like chicken-corn chowder or lentils-n-ham soup. The high-protein will help boost metabolism, boost lean body mass, burn fat and support weight loss with little chance of any weight gain even when eaten to a very healthy appetite. Exercise and take advantage of the healthy gain in muscle strength and energy that results and its gradual fat-burning effect!  M-mm-good! For hypertensive prone individuals go for the low-salt variety.

Medicinal Proteins and Complex Carbohydrates & Sugars in Life-giving Cereals, Grains, Pulses and Vegetables:

It has been already demonstrated with proteins like milk food proteins (MFP) (e. g. casein, alpha-lactalbumin and lactoferrin) that in the case specifically of lactoferrin that the whole protein enters the cellular milieu and affects cell signaling and the regulation of TF expression which has an impact on chronic or low-grade inflammation via indicators in blood biomarkers in the body. Can we speculate also further with complex carbohydrates like pectin, gluten, fibre in the gut and complex water soluble sugars as to their effect on immunity (e. g. fructan sugars and oligomers). These will all eventually have a bearing on health and cardiovascular health status, diabetes type II prevention and even Cancers in the body. Promising research we have begun on the world-wide web or 'Net here at 'FoodieWarrior' on protein components as the unit functional amino acids as they individually affect intake regulation, lean body mass (LBM) accretion, energy and rest, also their component peptides (as in tuna Bonita fish food spp.) for conditioning heart health including vasodilation and other proteins commonly found in vegetable pulse legumes, cereals grains, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables in our diet perhaps similarly to MFPs (above), most importantly with respect to heart health. Let us know what you think with your important feedback with ideas, comments, questions and opinions.
