"Chow Mein" is C' est Bon and Not a Toss Up with this Filipino Food of Sotanghon.

Prepare Meat: take porc and chicken; preboil chicken to prepare meat and broth; the marinade for meat is of: lemon grass (like a truss added in and out), Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, minced oignon, minced ail and rice wine; sautée the meat in hot oil until brown.
Prepare Veggies: chop up mushrooms, chayote, cabbage, carrots, oignons, garlic and sautée in oil until tender.
Prepare Noodles: prepare stock of sotanghon (cellophane) noodles; veggie noodles (8:2) by cooking in seasoned stock until fully blanched until boiled down.
Prepare garnishing: halves of lime or rounds, chopped dried sweet red chillies peppers and chopped unseasoned cashews.
Combine and bake the dish of tossed meat, veggies and noodles and garnishings in a deep foil pan or dish covered with foil wrap at 175 deg C for 35-45 mins.
