Use a crusty pizza dough for this recipe (set the dough to rise before use, on either a rectangular or round pan) and use the ff. toppings of olive oil, herbed (salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, sage, chervil) tomato paste with roasted garlic, basil leaves, parsley, Italian pepper salami and Filipino longesina (farmer-style), pimiento cheddar cheese, chopped onions and finally fried crispy oignons (no capicollo, no mushrooms).
Cook in a wood-fired oven at 175 deg C for 35-40 mins until crusty or regular gas oven, as is available.
