A. Cereal & Fruit Breakfast Roll with White Cheese (optional)
Ingredients:
fruit (dried berries, e. g. cranberries, raisins, apricots)
'roux
to homogeneity; drizzle butter until lightly oiled or dressed just for a hint of butter flavour
2) preserve in mason jars or by refrigeration just before use into a log with healthy hemp seed
on the outer edge and cut cross-wise and serve as individual English fruit rolls
3) serve the roll with a butter knife with English crumpets, an omelette and a cremed avocado
(sugar is optional)
B. Xtra Fruit & Cheese X'mas Log (served with v. hors d'oevres)
Ingredients: as above except replace the roux with soft white (goat's) cheese and replace
butter for almond butter
Instructions: serve with crackers & cheese and dessert wines (e. g. sherry) (12-24 servings per log
as a light snack)
