Salisbury Steak & Kidney Pie and Have It As Well!
Salisbury Steak & Kidney Pie

Ingredients: (Note: Remember, the ingredients are mildly in modicum but then the ragout gravies considerably)
1/2 c. red oignons
1 lb steak & kidneys (1:4)
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp cumin seed
4 tbsp green onion
2 hot green peppers
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp cilantro
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
3 tbsp canola oil
1 packet beef gravy mix (Knorr brand is recommended)
Instructions:
1) Constitute meat chopped with spices, herbs and the liquids into moulded cakes or pies.
2) Bake at 175 dec C for 35 mins. and remix gravy (with drippings) and place on top of meat pies.
Optional: Wrap pie in pastry shell crust to bake with egg wash to golden.
