Porc and Salmon Honey Garlic Adobo

The ingredients are enumerated by set and layed out per instruction for each recipe as outlined below:
Ingredients: per portion used
A. Canola oil, 2 tblsp
garlic, 4 cloves
black pepper corns, 2 tblsp
brown sugar, 2 tblsp
pinch of salt, 2 tsp
B. Honey, 1/3 c
mild red peppers (sweet), 3/4 c in a paste
vinegar, 3 tblsp
coconut creme, 1/3 c
water, 1/3 c
C. Lemon grass oil, 2 tsp, diluted in 3/4 c H2O
bay leaf for porc, 2, boiled in the grass oil diluent
or dill for fish, 2 tsp dissolved in grass oil diluent
Instructions: Fire up the grill or BBQ and make for the baste with the applicator.
A. Honey Garlic Porc Adobo,
baste in porc cubes in oil with A,
baste in B,
baste with C.
B. Salmon Roast Fish,
baste fish with C,
baste in marinade A,
basting in B.
Serving Instructions: Arrange assorted on a plate, the roasted pieces of each meat type. And intersperse with cherry tomatoes and chunks of cucumber.
