Spread of Epanade Cremeuse to Amuse the Steak 'n Potatoes...

Try this new variant using our proprietary L' Oleo (R) product (enriched omega-3 fatty acids) in a delicately seasoned sour creme dressing for your favourite sirloin steak dinner or a side dish of potato (with onions) and/or potatoes-n-beets (with onion) hash brown patties.
The recipe: makes 3 c
2 c Sour creme
1/2 c Wine dressing (from a powdered sachet or packet)
1/3 c Tomato of sun-dried pieces in olive oil, ground to a paste
1/4 c Olive oil
2 tsp Oregano
3 tsp Parsley
2 tsp of Sage, 2 tsp of thyme & 2 tsp of rosemary
1/8 c L' Oleo butter in addition (optional as a health additive)
(No added chives or carrots.)
Serving Suggestion: Brown to medium rare beef steaks on the grill and take a griddle iron, well-oiled, and roughly cube the potatoes and proceed to brown till golden brown, add salt and pepper and serve on a side chaffing dish.
