Fish-n-Chips:
potato wedges are dipped in epice tempura mix
fish fillets are dipped in epice tempura mix
oven is heated to 380 degrees C and baked for 45-60 mins
Shake-n-Bake (R) cooked potato wedges in dry epice a poudre
Option of drumettes and chops:
as previous but deep fry tempura
Shake-n-Bake (R) drumettes and chops as previous
*, ** Use assaisonment by taking several flavour packets for instant wheat noodles (chicken and oyster-flavoured) by toasting lightly 45-60 secs on a hot cast iron pan keeping dry and transfer to
a Shake-n-Bake (R) bag with the epice a poudre; use also to flavour the tempura mix.
*** Use tempura batter by taking Japanese tempura mix and adding liquides et ouefs, mixing well
by beating.
