Turtle Mexican Beans. Boil this to cooking completeness under in H2O until soft. Remember to salt it as such. In a separate stew pot, add the olive oil, ognion, ail, bacon bits, thyme, rosemary, and cayenne pepper and saute lightly. Add the cooked beans and mix and reboil in chicken consommé and to thicken with almond powder (optional for an added health food kick) to completeness until thick. Season with cracked black pepper, melt cubes of white cheese and serve at room temp. with your favourite Mexican taco corn chips.

COOKING TIPS BY THE TIME DINNER COMES ROUND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS:
