Recipes:
A. Instructions: To fix borscht cold soup with vegetable consomme (from a can), and pre-boiled celery, apples, beets, carrots, onion, H2O, salt and butter. Take a mixture of honey, lemon, mustard, chopped chives and food process in creme sur. Dab liberally (try 5X) on soup with walnut toppings. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled before serving.
Option: Serve with a Cabernet Sauvignon or other White Wine.
B. Instructions: Take this golden surprise of a Mexican dish of the same above in vegetable consomme (from a can) in veggies. Take a mixture of honey, lemon and apple butter in creme sur and mix thru a food processor with avocado and butter. Dab liberally (try 5X) on soup with honey roasted pecans or cashews and walnuts. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled before serving.
Option: Serve with a Dessert Wine, Red or White, e. g. Shiraz.
