"This Smoothie Is a Healthy Kick With a Tropical Twist That Is With Your Favorite Fruits And Is Quite Chic...!"

Ingredients: liquids and solids

1/2 c whole milk

1/2 c whole coconut cream

1 tblsp br sugar

1 tblsp cinnamon

1 tblsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp cloves

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions: To make the liquid portion first mix the various ingredients in a blender or food processor thoroughly and empty to heat over MED in a sauce pan until it slightly simmers; remove from heat and set aside.


Ingredients: fruits and astringent

1 c banana, cubed

1 c apples, cubed (peeled and cored)

2 tblsp lemon juice (as the astringent)


Instructions: Prep the fruit cubed and thoroughly mix in the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown with a salad bowl and utensiled spoon and fork or thongs. Add the fruit cubes into the liquid mixture together in a blender or food processor and turn on pulse mode to mix thoroughly until a blended smoothie is attained.

:To dilute add into the blender or food processor 3-4 ice cubes per glass or serving and serve cold.


Serving suggestion:

Use a sprig of mint from the garden and and apple slice with a cinnamon stick (optional) to garnish (2) tall drinking or milk shake glasses. Top each with a swirl of cool whip from the can and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

COOKING TIPS BY THE TIME DINNER COMES ROUND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS:

Keep it simple. Note and go through each step of the cooking process from prep time (including arranging ingredients), utensils, including pots and pans, preheat the oven and set timer for cooking time, after let set aside to cool down according to instructions; serve also in the manner for presentation as recommended by the recipe-maker.

For pasta and vegetables follow carefully instructions to be al dente adding enough water, gentle boiling with salt added and tasting regularly the bite, followed by draining and washing several times.
