Apple Butter soo sweet... spread it on waffles or pancakes and give us your verdict on this treat.

Rather than document on this food product at home (i. e. using home-based mason jars or canning), learn about our project for manufacturing apple butter preserves in bulk (min. 24 jars or less than a 100, depending on your cellar pantry).

Familiarize yourself with the ff. major components as we approach this fruit butter for manufacturing and sold

on your grocers shelf.


This is being announced here to layout the major components in cooking this deliciouse alternative to preserves for breakfast (e. g. orange marmalade, strawberry jam, pineapple, water melon):

a) PUFA nutraceutical additive for what is referred as ''Oleo butter'': this is composed of cooked konjac flour, starch and carrageenan in a congealed mix and PUFA- EPA & DHA (note: with double bond cis only configuration to molecularly characterize the Oleo paste for fruit.

b) Cream cheese that is unsalted preferably. Combined ratio of a): b) is set preliminarily at 40%:60%, Cream cheese :: Oleo Butter (R).

c) Fruit Butter, in this case, with 12 or a doz. of Granny Smith apples with the ff.: Mash the peeled and cored fruit done as with potato masher and collander and further filter from pulp the juice used for the preserves.

d) High-fructose syrup like that from fruit as a healthy alternative and also containing substantiable amounts of pectin is also added to the melange totaling 3/4 cup of syrup.

e) Spices and other flavourings: these refer to the commonly known complement of: 1 tsp. cinnamon with its 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cloves.


More Input for your opinion:

We are asking those who know how to use butterscotch, vanilla, caramel and mocha to send us word about their techniques or methods. We would like to put to discussion the spread twinned for e. g. with caramel; another suggestion is butterscotch, vanilla and caramel and maybe Hazelnut spread for the ''choco''.


Cooking Techniques:

This will require a Slow Cooker of an apparatus on LO setting for 3-4 hrs stir thoroughly and return to the

collander and be sure that what is used is purified pulp from the fruit. Keep on medium setting for 1-2 hrs and then the prepared Apple Butter is canned in pre-sterilized Mason Jars(R) with seal and served either with toast or marinated pork chops

COOKING TIPS BY THE TIME DINNER COMES ROUND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS:

Keep it simple. Note and go through each step of the cooking process from prep time (including arranging ingredients), utensils, including pots and pans, preheat the oven and set timer for cooking time, after let set aside to cool down according to instructions; serve also in the manner for presentation as recommended by the recipe-maker.

Check for doneness with cooking time: e. g. for roasts, use a roasting thermometer, a toothpick for breads, puddings and cakes; note the need to pre-coat the sheet pans for baking with shortening/oil. For pasta and vegetables follow carefully instructions to be al dente adding enough water, gentle boiling with salt added and tasting regularly the bite, followed by draining and washing several times.

As a rule we prepare and present foods readily using only the implements and serving dishes and/or pans that allow for this to avoid any extra artistry thru decorative needs as is limited, involved with the dish. Alternatively follow according to script the illustrated suggestion on the packaging.
