"Honey-Lemon Tea Cidre is Going Tonight to Be the Taste that Hits a Note Higher! ...."

Instructions for making the Tea Cidre:


1) Use Imperial brand Yeast A40 from a large packet and pour in parts into 10 L H2O adding gradually into a large capacity Bell Jar with special pressure stopper indicator meter and regulate with mixing the bubbly without evacuating the liquid from the jar as it froths to the top of the jar.

2) Brew tea at the same time by adding 10 L H2O + 5 doz. small tea bags preferably Orange Pekoe + 900 g of brown sugar.

3) Combine further remaining 1.2 L freshly squeezed juice from lemons + 150 mL maple syrup + 900 mL liquid honey.

4) Leave the jar be of the cidre making kit until the meter indicator from the stopper registers to completion and release the pressure or head space of bubbly formed and pour to store cold at 5 deg C in 1 1/2 dozen 1 L plastic jugs.

5) Serve and enjoy the soporific that's terrific in your Pilsner glasses and tea cidre! Add beer glasses for beer cerveza. And finally champagne in fluted glasses.

COOKING TIPS BY THE TIME DINNER COMES ROUND WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS:

Keep it simple. Note and go through each step of the cooking process from prep time (including arranging ingredients), utensils, including pots and pans, preheat the oven and set timer for cooking time, after let set aside to cool down according to instructions; serve also in the manner for presentation as recommended by the recipe-maker.

For pasta and vegetables follow carefully instructions to be al dente adding enough water, gentle boiling with salt added and tasting regularly the bite, followed by draining and washing several times.

As a rule we prepare and present foods readily using only the implements and serving dishes and/or pans that allow for this to avoid any extra artistry thru decorative needs as is limited, involved with the dish. Alternatively follow according to script the illustrated suggestion on the packaging.
