Ingredients of Pie Shell:
-plain flour
-self-rising flour
-unsalted butter
-ice H2O
Filling Ingredients:
-Caster sugar
-Schwartz cinnamon
-chopped prunes
-chopped pecans
-chopped candied cranberry
-cinnamon
-cloves
-ginger
-nutmeg
-allspice
-prunes
-white sugar
-butter
-brandy
-orange zest (optional)
Mix the pie shell dough thoroughly and using the roller, roll out to a sheet 1/6" and cover sufficiently around the pie tart aluminium tins and then bake until golden after coating several times with milk sop in a 380 deg C oven.
Minced well, mix well in a traditional meat grinder to food processor, then in a pan in butter simmer for 5-10 mins.
Cool for 30 mins. and then fill the tart shells.
Serve with vanilla ice cream on the side.
