"Rice Cracker Hors d'Ouevres with Tomato Tops Are As Veggie As They are Healthy... "

(Serving: to be served with Japanese green tea or oolang tea as a fine tea service on a coffee table for conversation with a selection of Japanese inspired hors d'ouevres.)
Ingredients: Makes for 48 hors d'ouevres.
48 Cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced in (3)'s for layering on a rice Japanese cracker
1 tub Philly (R) strawberry cream cheese, large sized format
2 tsp sage
2 tsp dill
2 tsp basel
12 tsp olive oil, drizzled on the tomato slices
1/2 c chives, finely chopped
1 box of rice Japanese crackers
Ingredients: Makes for 48 hors d'ouevres.
4 Cucumbers (curcubits), medium sized, peeled and thinly sliced in (3)'s for layering on a rice Japanese cracker
1 tub Philly (R) onion & garlic cream cheese, large sized format
1/2 bottle of Cheeze Whiz (R)
6 tsp dehydrated celery & carrots
12 tsp olive oil, drizzled on the curcubit slices
1/2 c chives, finely chopped
1 box of rice Japanese crackers
Instructions:
Take the veggies and slice thinly for layering on the cracker individually.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Take the spread(s) and/or combine them into homogeniety.
Then take the herbs or condiments and also mix to homogeniety except the chives.
Top the crackers with the spread liberally on top of the thinly slice veggies.
Finally top with sprinkled chives.
Arrange on a stainless steel or silvered platter radially on top with paper liner.
