A. Coco Gin Tonic.

Ingredients:
2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
2 oz. Tangueray (R) Gin (with botanicals)
3 oz. Coco Sap (request a native climber/tapper for the paid service access to the ingredient; store in fridge overnite)
3 oz. Rose water
1.5 oz. Brown sugar
0.5 oz. Almond extract
Instructions: Take a cocktail mixer and measure, deposit liquid ingredients into it with ice cubes, cover tightly and shaken vigorously several times until mixed well and pour into a 12 oz. Martini glass. Trim with a parole and golden pineapple wedge previously dipped in lime round juice (+ sugar).
