The Consomme and the Kebabs are Up to Scratch When You Use the Right Ketchup.

PEANUT-PEPPER KETCHUP:
Pre-formulated Sauces (see below) and to finally mix in 1::1.
Peanut-Pepper Sauce: (Makes 1 ½ c. total volume of fluid for sauce.)
Veggie mince mix of: 1 mild large Poblanos Pepper (deseeded), 5 tblsp or 2 pre-broiled and peeled red bell peppers minced, 2 tblsp grated ginger and 1 medium red onion minced.
Blend or whisk in liquids: 1 tsp fresh tamarind paste, 1/3 tsp sesame seed oil, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. light soy, 1/8 cup unseparated peanut butter (to make sure it emulsifies effectively), 2 tblsp of brown sugar, 1 tblsp of molasses and 1/4 c. H20 diluent.
Instructions: Cook over 10 mins to simmer and then to thicken with added 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
Home-made Beef Jerky Sauce: (Makes 2 ¾ c. total volume of fluid for sauce.)
Mix ingredients: 1 ½ tblsp. onion powder, 1 ½ tblsp. garlic powder, mince and cook shallots using 1 tblsp for recipe, ¾ c. Worcestershire sauce, ¾ c. soy sauce, 1 tblsp honey, 2 tsp black pepper, ¼ c. tomato paste, ¼ c. white vinegar, ¼ c. H20 diluent, ¼ c. brown sugar and 2 tsp of salt.

Crème Consomme a Carot:
Ingredients:
-cooked carrot puree
-prepared apple sauce
-chicken broth
-heavy cream
-sour cream
-cottage cheese
-lemon juice
-further flavour with a no. of dallops with Peanut-Pepper Ketchup (see above for the test recipe)
Peanut-Pepper Sauce Porc Kebabs:
Ingredients and Instructions:
-Use Porc butt in medium size cubes and marinate overnite in the fridge with Peanut-Pepper BBQ sauce and then
BBQ on the barbie until succulent or medium done by brushing on the marinade of Peanut-Pepper
Ketchup using for the kebabs the ff.: porc cubes, pineapple chunklets, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper chunks, in between the meat cuts.
Acorn Squash - Pumpkin Soup:
Ingredients and Instructions:
-Take 6 c. chicken stock, 1 c. minced carrots, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 mashed sm. acorn squash, 1 mashed sm. pumpkin, 1 c. peanut-pepper ketchup or sauce (see: from above). Simmer for 30-40 mins covered over med. heat.
