Actually folks, we hope you haven't been counting as we will continue featuring our sauces/ketchups as we continue to feature them in dishes, mostly BBQing delites for you to all share in!!!
Made in Canada BBQ Ketchup Sauce for the Outdoor Grille:
4-6 lbs of meat: sockeye salmon, chicken drumstics, pork shoulder - cubed
Instructions on preparing the sauce or ketchup:
2 cups worth of marinade to baste the BBQ with:
-1 1/4 c. H2O
-5 tbsp apple cidre vineagre
-5 tbsp balsamic vineagre (milder than regular vineagre)
-8 tbsp Canadiana maple syrup
-10 tbsp of Banana ketchup (from a new store bought bottle; try you Filipino grocery store
-salt and pepper to taste
Cook over the Barbie veggies for the meat and rice:
-2 doz. new potatoes
-4 red bell peppers
-2 large ognions
-2 large carrots
Make sure you seal the foil over and make it steam to cook the veggies well done.
Feeds 4-6 people (e. g. 4 adult prs and two younger children)
